Project Summary

The Owners of Bukwo Hospital left their comfortable lifestyle in the United States and returned to Bukwo to provide the healthcare and economic development that the locals greatly needed. They brought their two decades of American medical experience and compassionate care, their international partnerships, and their fluency in the local languages and cultures to offer high quality healthcare to anyone in need.

We designed, supplied and commissioned a Stand Alone Solar System to run the entire complex. This includes, OPDS, Clinics, Offices, Theaters, Guest house, Restaurant. The system is composed of 152 solar panels of 550W each mounted on the Ground, 2 Hybrid Inverters of 3Phase, High Voltage - 30KW each and 18 Lithium Batteries of 5.3kwhr. The system was purchased by African Development Fund – under USAID and was commissioned in April 2024
